Hello! My name is Hudson Insko, a junior at Winnebago High School, and proud member or Highland Community College's Servant Leadership program!
I have a strong passion for serving others and making a positive impact on my community. Through Servant Leadership, I’ve grown not just as a leader, but as someone who believes deeply in helping others, building connections, and creating opportunities for the people around me.
Much of my volunteer time is spent supporting youth programs, especially through robotics. I’ve been involved in FIRST Tech Challenge and FIRST Lego Leauge, helping younger students learn engineering skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and confidence. Mentoring younger teams has taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and what it really means to lead by serving.
Outside of robotics, I also work at Silo Communications, where I design fiber-optic routes and help plan infrastructure that supports rural connectivity in the Seward and Winnebago areas. I’m passionate about expanding reliable internet access to underserved communities and improving technology resources for the people who need them most.
