In this meeting, we went over what servant leadership consisted of. We talked about all of the different pieces of paperwork that need to be turned in, and we talked about when our meetings would be.
In this meeting, we talked about our idea for a school project. This idea was the food drive. We had to create fliers and find a day/week that we would have the food drive. We also talked about when we would have our monthly meetings, so we could try to get each meeting on the calendar.
In this meeting, we talked about how well the food drive went. We also talked about how portfolios were due next month and what we needed in our portfolios to get a good grade.
During this meeting, we talked about how the new year was approaching us and what the next year was going to hold for us. We talked about the projects we needed to do and how the rest of our year was going to look.
At this meeting, we decided what fundraiser we were going to do and how we were going to make it work. We came up with a Culver's share night and chose people to create fliers for the community.
During this meeting, we talked about what we were going to do for a bigger project. We talked about doing a tech day at the local elementary school. We planned out who would be working on what presentation and how it was going to all work. At the end of the meeting, we also talked about recruitment for next year.
In this meeting, we changed our date for our Culver's share night. We also blindly picked the students who were going to serve on our next year's Servant Leadership team. We did this by voting on responses in a Google form, and we didn't know who was all going to be in it. We also finished up our presentations for our next big project at McNair Elementary School. To finish up the meeting, we talked about when our masks would be due and when we were going to present them. The March school meeting was full of many events.
During the April meeting, we cut out fliers for our Culver's share night. We also talked about how we were going to do our tech day at the local Elementary School and who was doing what presentation. To end the meeting, the seniors explained their masks and how they resemble them. This was very beneficial in the meeting because we were able to learn more about each other, get a better understanding of what everyone is afraid of, and how they will work to overcome this in the next chapter of their lives.
